Hello There!

 

BEELICIOUS GOURMET is inspired by a deep passion for cooking. I cook daily for my family & friends, and that makes me very happy, being able to share little pieces of my passion with the people I love the most.

 

Brigadeiro [Bree-ga-de-roh] is the #1 sweet in my home country - the beautiful and sunny lands of Brazil. Brigadeiro is basically made of sweetened milk, cocoa powder and unsalted butter, in addition to lots of love. Every batch must be carefully hand-stirred and closely monitored under very attentive eyes. Delicious food takes time, right?  And when it comes to producing a Brigadeiro, the time is always well spent :)

 

Always handmade, Brigadeiros are perfect gifts and a must in every celebration – from birthday's parties, social gatherings, weddings and everything in between! They go very well with a cup of coffee too.

 

I hope my efforts trying to convey how unbelievably delicious this treat really is, got you mouthwatering.
